1 Refund Eligibility by Service Tier

Our refund policy varies depending on the service tier you have purchased. Please review the specific terms for your selected plan:

2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit your request within the applicable timeframe for your service tier

Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe for your service tier. Requests received after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund, but we may offer alternative solutions such as service credits or complimentary revisions.

3 Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

4 Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Express Service ($59) - Due to the immediate nature of this service
  • Gift items purchased through third-party vendors (subject to vendor's return policy)
  • Services that have been fully utilized (e.g., all revisions used in Premium plan)
  • Promotional or discounted services (unless otherwise stated)
  • Gift wrapping and delivery coordination fees

5 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • If you have used some but not all of the services included in your plan
  • If there was a service delay or error on our part
  • If you received fewer recommendations than promised
  • At our discretion for exceptional circumstances

Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on the services rendered and the specific circumstances of your case.

6 Cancellations Before Service Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before we begin working on your gift recommendations:

  • Full refund available if cancelled within 2 hours of purchase (except Express service)
  • 50% refund if work has already begun on your recommendations
  • No refund if recommendations have already been delivered

7 Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with your gift recommendations, we encourage you to:

  • Allow us the opportunity to provide revised recommendations

8 Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Permanent account termination for fraudulent chargebacks
